Kingston is a great town. You cab dock right downtown at Confederation Basin and walk to almost everything you need. The  grocery is right across from the LCBO and it sells beer.

The Town Hall is right across the square from the marina and have a great tour. In back of it is a big courtyard where there are open air markets in the summer and where they flood a portion and make an ice rink in the winter.

We took a tour bus around town


 

and then the ferry across to Wolk Island and back.  Mary really did like the new windmills. She wanted to take one home.
